Here is where it all starts, the basic structure of the ship is made of basswood bulkheads cross cut to fit on the basswood keel. Most everything is glued with Carpenter's glue.

The support line for the middle mast is run through an heart block thats lashed to the foremast and then tied of to the bottom of the foremast.
